From the beginning, AntsRoute’s mission is to enable companies of all sizes to revolutionise the organisation of their last mile routes, effortlessly. Over the last few months, we have developed many features to simplify the daily life of more than 3000 users. Today, we continue to achieve this goal with the launch of a new functionality! 🥳
Our team has just added a new feature that should please users who organise their work order, delivery or home care routes with several people on AntsRoute. You can now access a history of exchanges for each of your customers registered on AntsRoute.
The numerous talks we had with our users encouraged us to look for new solutions to facilitate exchanges between the administrators of the same AntsRoute account. In general, within the same organisation, several people schedule and organise routes on AntsRoute. However, users were not always informed about comments added by an employee about a customer to visit.
To simplify the sharing of information, we have decided to add a new tab in each of the customer files entitled “Exchanges”. Thanks to this new feature, you save precious time! At any time, you can find the information you need. For example, you no longer need to contact your colleagues to inform them that one of your customers no longer has an internet connection and that from now on notifications will have to be sent by SMS. At a glance, every employee can see all the comments made by your team members.
And that’s not all! In addition to viewing notifications sent by SMS or email, you can trigger a one-time 100% personalised notification to your customer.
By going to the file of a customer registered on his AntsRoute account, the user can access the new tab “Exchanges”. From this page, you can perform several actions:
For each of these actions, you can see the date of completion and the administrator responsible.
