To help you better understand the effectiveness of your communication with customers, our ‘Analyze’ module now includes a new tab dedicated to statistics on sent notification. You can now access a range of precise indicators showing link openings and actions taken by recipients.
With this new feature, you can view detailed performance metrics for each type of notification:
This data allows you to identify the most engaging notifications, pinpoint potential friction points, and improve the overall customer experience.

To meet the most complex planning needs, our geographical zones with constraints feature is evolving! Two major updates have been added to offer greater flexibility in managing field constraints.
Until now, it was possible to configure a zone with:
With this new update, you can now define multiple application periods for the same geographical zone.
For example: from 15/12/2025 to 31/12/2025, then from 20/04/2025 to 24/04/2025.
This is a very useful improvement for applying the same constrained zone during multiple peak activity periods, construction phases, or any other specific cases!
Another new feature: the ability to add exclusive skills to your zones.
Previously, you could only add additional skills, which were added to the existing skills of each delivery within the zone.
With exclusive skills, the logic changes:
➡️ Deliveries located within the zone must have the specified exclusive skills in order to be scheduled.
❌ If they don’t, planning is simply blocked.

To give you even greater accuracy in assessing your logistics costs, a new setting now allows you to include or exclude the trips from the departure location and to the arrival location in the calculation of route costs.
Specifically, if the option is disabled, the following segments will not be factored in:
However, if you enable this setting, the entire actual journey completed by the driver—including the segments before the first delivery and after the last—will be included in the cost calculation. This is an ideal feature for businesses aiming to track their costs as accurately as possible based on real-world operations.

If you’re used to applying filters to view specific data in your tables, you can now use a new filter called ‘Duration’. This allows you to sort data based on the length of the interventions.
