- Importing the Excel or CSV file into AntsRoute
To make the appointment easier, you can start by exporting an Excel file containing your customer database or a list of orders to schedule directly from your CRM or ERP system. The file must include the following fields: planned visit date, customer name, address, and on-site service duration.
