Sinari, the European leader in digital solutions for the supply chain, has announced the acquisition of Antsway, publisher of the innovative AntsRoute route optimisation software. The aim of this strategic alliance is to strengthen the capabilities of both companies to meet the growing challenges of digitisation, streamlining and decarbonisation in the logistics industry.
Antsway, founded in 2015 in Nancy, has rapidly established itself as a key player in route optimisation, offering an ergonomic, high-performance solution tailored to the needs of last-mile logistics, Field Service and home healthcare. With growth of almost 30% by 2024 and a presence in more than 20 countries, AntsRoute enables 500 companies of all sizes to simplify their operations while reducing their carbon footprint.
With over 6,000 customers in Europe, Sinari is the leading provider of software solutions for transport and logistics. The group supports its customers with an integrated range of solutions covering a variety of needs, including TMS, WMS, Fleet Management System and route optimisation.
