We are back to work after the summer holidays! The AntsRoute team is happy to present new features to its customers. Here is an overview of the new features of September:
Display the driving time in the agenda ;
Carry out actions for several orders at once from the “Plan orders” tab ;
Display customer and order IDs in the tables ;
Filter the display of data by client in the tables ;
Access to a map view in the “Orders bucket” tab.
This new version also offers other upgrades for a better user experience. Discover all the new features of the software now!
Let’s start with a new feature that continues to improve the view of the work days of field workers! 🤗 For a few weeks now, users have been able to view the agents’ breaks in the schedule. The new version of the AntsRoute software now also allows users to view the driving time of agents between two orders in the agenda.
In the “Agenda” tab, two blue circles allow you to know the route start and end time for each agent.
To find out the start or end time of a route, just position the mouse cursor on the corresponding blue circle.
And that’s not all! There are other features that have been added in the agenda. The colors of absences and non-worked hours evolve in the agenda of field workers to offer a better user experience. Furthermore, the absences of agents are now displayed with blue and white hatching. The non-worked hours are displayed with grey and white hatching.
Thanks to AntsRoute 4.33, users can now perform the same action for several orders from the “Plan orders” tab of the “Organize” module. This new feature allows users to save time in organizing routes.
To access this feature, it is necessary to filter the orders by “state” beforehand. Then, by selecting one or more order(s), the user accesses the “Actions” button.
Depending on the selected state, the user accesses different actions. For example, for “unassigned” orders, the user can perform three different actions: Add to cart, move or delete. On the other hand, for “planned” orders, four actions are possible: confirm appointments, put on hold, unplan or delete.
The new version of the software allows users to display the columns “Customer external ID” and “Order external ID” in the tables of the following tabs:
Plan orders ;
Order report ;
Management of cancelled appointments ;
Orders bucket ;
Appointments making (forthcoming appointments, past appointments, appointments to plan).
Support: Customize the display of tables
A new filter is available on AntsRoute! Users have now the possibility to filter the display of data in the tables of orders by client. This new feature makes it possible to view the list of orders for a particular customer. The filters can be applied in the tables of the following tabs:
Management of cancelled appointment (schedule) ;
Orders bucket (schedule) ;
Plan orders (organize) ;
Order report (analyze).
Support: Use filters in the order tables
Finally, a feature that had been requested by several users: having a map view in the “Orders bucket” tab. It is now possible to choose to display the appointments in the bucket in a list or on a map. This new feature is particularly useful to visualize the geographical location of the orders to be planned.
By clicking on in the “Orders bucket” tab, the user accesses to a map view. To select orders from this map, just hold down the CTRL (on PC) or Command (on Mac) key and click on the icons of these orders. Once selected, the user accesses the same actions as those available in the list view.
To know the details of an order, just click on the corresponding icon.
Users can now define a sender for email notifications.
The name of an existing custom field as well as the name and unit of an existing capacity can be modified.
Arrows have been added to the date pickers to improve navigation in the calendar. This new feature allows you to quickly move from one day to the next day or to the previous one.
