Notification after completion with a link to download the service report
You can add and customize notifications that will be sent to your customers 30 minutes after validation of the appointment completion from the mobile application. You can also add a link allowing customers to download the service report. In order to set up the notifications after the appointment is completed, just follow the steps below:

Note: Once you have saved your notification template, you will not be able to change the media. In order to change it, you will need to delete the notification template and create a new one.
Note: For the email notifications, it is possible to define the sender. For example, the name of your company.
Customizing the notification message
You can now customize the SMS or email message that will be sent to your customers after the appointment or delivery is completed using the available variables.
To add a variable, just copy one of the available variables on the right side of the screen and paste it in your message. For example, copying and pasting the variable “$firstName” allows you to add the first name of your client in the message. You can use the variables below to customize your message:
First name $firstName
Last name $lastName
Scheduled date $scheduledDate
Time slots $timeSlot
Entreprise name $enterpriseName
Agent name $agentLastName
Id of order $id
Customer review link $reviewUrl (From Pro)
Order report download link $reportUrl
Note: If you do not wish to add a link allowing the client to download the service report in your message, you must click on the blue “Save” button, otherwise follow the steps below.
Add a link to download the service report in the message
You can add a link to download the service report in the message. To allow customers to retrieve a service or delivery report, just follow the steps below:
Note: To send a link to download the report, you must first set up the service report. Read this support article for more information.
Note: When you have created several service report templates , identify the one that you want to use among those listed in the “Available variables” box.
Note: To send a notification to your customers you must have filled in the email address and/or phone number in the format +44 7400 123456 in the customer form.
Note: After defining this notification template, the notifications will be automatically sent to your customers 30 minutes after the validation of the appointment completion from the mobile application.
