Determine favorite agents for customers
You have the possibility to determine favorite agents for each of your customers, i.e. agents who are allowed to complete orders. Thus, orders can be assigned only to this (or these) favorite agent(s) when optimizing routes. To determine favorite agents, you just have to follow these few steps:
- Go to the ‘Resources’ module.
- Click on the ‘Customers’ tab.
- Click on the blue ‘Add’ button.
- Search and select agent(s) via ‘Favorite agents’.
- Continue to fill in the information and save.
Note: It is also possible to fill in the favorite agents for each of your customers directly in an import file via a ‘favorite agents’ column. You just have to indicate in each cell the email address(es) of the favorite agent(s) separated by commas. For example firstname.lastname@example.org,email@example.com
