This enhancement makes it easier to manage repeated unavailability over time, while improving the accuracy of your planning.<\/p>\n<p>A recurring absence is an unavailability that automatically repeats based on a defined frequency (for example: a meeting every Monday morning).<\/p>\n<h3><span id=\"More_reliable_planning\">More reliable planning<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>By integrating these absences directly into your schedule, you can:<\/p>\n<ul id=\"imglist\">\n<li>avoid assigning jobs to unavailable agents,<\/li>\n<li>reduce last-minute adjustments,<\/li>\n<li>better account for the real constraints of your teams.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This feature aligns with AntsRoute\u2019s optimization approach, which takes into account all operational constraints (working hours, skills, availability, etc.) to generate consistent and feasible routes.<\/p>\n<h3><span id=\"Practical_use_cases\">Practical use cases<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Recurring absences are particularly useful for planning regular events, such as:<\/p>\n<ul id=\"imglist\">\n<li>a weekly team meeting every Monday morning,<\/li>\n<li>a monthly training session,<\/li>\n<li>an agent unavailable two Wednesday afternoons per month.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>These unavailabilities are automatically taken into account during route planning and optimization.<\/p>\n<h3><span id=\"How_to_define_a_recurring_absence\">How to define a recurring absence<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>To configure an absence that repeats automatically:<\/p>\n<ol id=\"imglist-3\">\n<li>Open the agent\u2019s profile<\/li>\n<li>Go to Absences &gt; <strong>Add an absence<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Select \u201c<strong>Set recurrence<\/strong>\u201d in the Period of application field.<\/li>\n<li>Configure the recurrence settings:\n<ul id=\"imglist\">\n<li><strong>Starts on<\/strong>: choose the start date<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ends<\/strong>:\n<ul id=\"imglist\">\n<li>on: set an end date,<\/li>\n<li>after: define a number of occurrences,<\/li>\n<li>no end date: the absence repeats indefinitely<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Frequency<\/strong>:\n<ul id=\"imglist\">\n<li>daily,<\/li>\n<li>weekly,<\/li>\n<li>monthly.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>If the absence does not cover the entire day:\n<ul id=\"imglist\">\n<li>Uncheck \u201c<strong>All day<\/strong>\u201d,<\/li>\n<li>specify a start and\/or end time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Click \u201c<strong>Save<\/strong>\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3><span id=\"Better_consideration_of_field_constraints\">Better consideration of field constraints<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Once configured, these absences are automatically integrated into your planning processes. You can now add up to <strong>10 files<\/strong> per job, compared to 3 previously.<\/p>\n<h3><span id=\"Better_preparation_of_jobs\">Better preparation of jobs<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>This enhancement allows you to share more useful information with your field teams, directly from AntsRoute.<br \/>\nFor example, you can:<\/p>\n<ul id=\"imglist\">\n<li>attach technical documents or procedures,<\/li>\n<li>add photos related to the job,<\/li>\n<li>share customer files (purchase orders, plans, etc.).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span id=\"Centralized_and_accessible_information\">Centralized and accessible information<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Attachments added to a job are accessible to field teams, especially via the mobile app.<br \/>\nThis allows you to:<\/p>\n<ul id=\"imglist\">\n<li>reduce communication outside the platform (emails, messages, etc.),<\/li>\n<li>ensure agents have the right information at the right time,<\/li>\n<li>improve the quality of job execution.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span id=\"Same_workflow_more_flexibility\">Same workflow, more flexibility<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>The way attachments are added remains unchanged. You can now filter jobs based on the quantities to be delivered, directly from your interface tables.<\/p>\n<p>This enhancement is particularly useful if you use the <strong>Capacity<\/strong> feature, which allows you to define vehicle capacities and the quantities associated with each job.<\/p>\n<p>Filters help you focus only on relevant jobs. With this new criterion, you can, for example:<\/p>\n<ul id=\"imglist\">\n<li>display only jobs with a high delivery volume,<\/li>\n<li>more easily analyze specific categories of jobs based on their load.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>A concrete example<\/strong><br \/>\nFor example, you can filter your table to display only:<\/p>\n<ul id=\"imglist\">\n<li>jobs where the delivery volume is greater than 10 liters,<\/li>\n<li>or those where the weight is less than 5 kg.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span id=\"Filtering_directly_available_in_your_tables\">Filtering directly available in your tables<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Like other filters in AntsRoute, this new criterion can be used directly from your job tables.<br \/>\nFor example, from Organize &gt;
