AntsRoute now lets you <strong>create them in bulk<\/strong> by <strong>importing an Excel or CSV file<\/strong>. For planning teams, this update puts an end to time-consuming manual entry: structure your file, generate the recurrence rule, import, and you\u2019re good to go.<\/p>\n<p>&#x2699;&#xfe0f; <strong>Steps to follow<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol id=\"imglist-3\">\n<li>Go to \u201cPlan\u201d and open the new <strong>\u201cImport recurrences\u201d<\/strong> tab.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Download the template<\/strong> (Excel\/CSV) to see the expected structure.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Fill in the file<\/strong> with the required fields:\n<ul id=\"imglist\">\n<li><strong>Customer name<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Customer\u2019s postal address<\/strong>, precise enough for geocoding (number, street, ZIP code, city)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Job duration<\/strong> (in minutes)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Recurrence start date<\/strong> (format YYYY-MM-DD or DD\/MM\/YYYY, e.g.: 2025-11-06)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Recurrence rule<\/strong>, for example: FREQ=DAILY;INTERVAL=1;UNTIL=20251106T220000Z<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Generate the recurrence code<\/strong>: click \u201cGenerate the code,\u201d enter the frequency, interval, end date, etc., then copy and paste the resulting rule into your file.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Import the file<\/strong>.
