This option is only available if the agent has the <strong>necessary permissions to manage work orders<\/strong> from the mobile app.<\/p>\n<p>To enable this permission:<\/p>\n<ul id=\"imglist\">\n<li>Go to the web interface.<\/li>\n<li>Navigate to <strong>Settings &gt; Settings &gt; Mobile Application Settings<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Enable the option <strong>\u201cEnable work order management from the mobile application\u201d<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To add a work order:<\/p>\n<ol id=\"imglist-3\">\n<li>Open the app and go to the ongoing route.<\/li>\n<li>Tap the <strong>\u2018+\u2019 button<\/strong> at the top right.<\/li>\n<li>Select the desired position by tapping the <strong>\u2018+\u2019<\/strong> between two work orders.<\/li>\n<li>Search for the relevant <strong>customer<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Fill in the <strong>work order details<\/strong> (duration, comment, etc.).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Confirm<\/strong> \u2014 and it\u2019s added!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&#x261d;&#xfe0f; AntsRoute now lets you <strong>reverse the order of scheduled work orders<\/strong> in a route, directly from the <strong>\u201cOrganize\u201d<\/strong> module.<\/p>\n<p>In practical terms, this feature transforms a route like:<\/p>\n<ul id=\"imglist\">\n<li>Work order A<\/li>\n<li>Work order B<\/li>\n<li>Work order C<\/li>\n<li>Work order D<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>into:<\/p>\n<ul id=\"imglist\">\n<li>Work order D<\/li>\n<li>Work order C<\/li>\n<li>Work order B<\/li>\n<li>Work order A<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&#x26a0;&#xfe0f; <strong>Note<\/strong>: This feature is <strong>not compatible with the \u201cPickup &amp; Delivery\u201d mode<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How to reverse a route from the \u201cAgenda\u201d tab:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol id=\"imglist-3\">\n<li>Go to the <strong>Organize<\/strong> module, then open the <strong>Agenda<\/strong> tab.<\/li>\n<li>Locate the route you want to modify and click the \u201c\u2026\u201d button next to the agent\u2019s name.<\/li>\n<li>Select \u201c<strong>Reverse delivery order<\/strong>\u201d.<\/li>\n<li>Click \u201c<strong>Reverse<\/strong>\u201d to confirm.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>That\u2019s it \u2014 the order of the steps is completely reversed!<\/p>\n<p>&#x26a0;&#xfe0f; <strong>Work order basket<\/strong> tab.<\/li>\n<li>Select the work orders you want to schedule.<\/li>\n<li>Click on <strong>Spread<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Choose the <strong>spreading period<\/strong> and the <strong>drivers involved<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Enable or disable the <strong>option to consider availability dates<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Click Spread to launch the scheduling.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>By disabling this setting, you gain flexibility when your priority is to maximize route filling, even if some work orders are not yet \u201cavailable\u201d based on their defined dates.<\/p>\n<p>&#x261d;&#xfe0f;
