From this tab, you can:<\/p>\n<ul id=\"imglist\">\n<li>define a <strong>name<\/strong> for each type (e.g. Holiday, Training, Exceptional closure),<\/li>\n<li>give it a distinct <strong>colour<\/strong> so you can see it at a glance in the calendar.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>These types can then be selected when adding a <strong>non-working day<\/strong> or an <strong>individual absence<\/strong> for a worker.<\/p>\n<p>&#x261d;&#xfe0f; Result: your schedules are clearer and your teams have greater visibility.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How do you create an absence type?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nothing could be simpler! This feature makes planning easier by <strong>automatically pre-filling<\/strong> certain essential fields, such as:<\/p>\n<ul id=\"imglist\">\n<li>&#x2705; <strong>Duration of work order<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>&#x2705; <strong>Skills required<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>&#x2705; <strong>Recommended time slot<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What&#8217;s new?<\/strong><br \/>\nUntil now, when you chose a <strong>type of service<\/strong>, the duration and skills were fixed and could not be adjusted when you added a task. They enable your field staff to specify why a service could not be carried out: <em>customer absent, address not found, parcel damaged, etc.<\/em><br \/>\nWhat&#8217;s new? You can now <strong>make their selection compulsory<\/strong> from the AntsRoute mobile application.<\/p>\n<p>&#x261d;&#xfe0f; By activating this option in <strong>Settings &gt; Mobile application settings<\/strong>, your agents will no longer be able to cancel a job without giving a reason. Good news: this function is now even <strong>more powerful and flexible<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Until now, it was only possible to filter the work orders displayed on the map by <strong>open date<\/strong>, <strong>due date<\/strong> or <strong>sector<\/strong>.<br \/>\nNow, AntsRoute lets you refine your display with <strong>new advanced filters<\/strong> directly from the side panel.<\/p>\n<p>New criteria include:<\/p>\n<ul id=\"imglist\">\n<li><strong>Service type<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Customer<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Forced driver<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Time slot<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Location of delivery<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Comments<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Type<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>External delivery ID<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Custom fields<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&#x261d;&#xfe0f; Result: you can more easily identify the work orders to be included in a route, directly from the map.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How does it work?<\/strong><br \/>\nThis feature allows you to <strong>complete your already optimised routes<\/strong> with waiting work orders (from the basket), directly from the \u2018<strong>Map<\/strong>\u2019 tab.<\/p>\n<p>Here are the steps to follow:<\/p>\n<ol id=\"imglist-3\">\n<li>Go to the <strong>Organise<\/strong> module &gt; <strong>Map<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Select a <strong>date<\/strong> in the calendar.<\/li>\n<li>Click on \u2018<strong>Filter the display<\/strong>\u2019 in the right-hand side panel.<\/li>\n<li>Tick the \u2018<strong>Display work orders from basket<\/strong>\u2019 option.<\/li>\n<li>Apply advanced filters to target the right work orders.<\/li>\n<li>The work orders in the basket are then displayed <strong>in blue<\/strong> on the map.<\/li>\n<li>Use <strong>drag &amp; drop<\/strong> to assign them to the route of your choice. You can change the language of your account from the AntsRoute web interface.
