That’s why, we focus on meeting their needs thanks to the development of delivery and multi-stop route planning and optimization solutions. Discover the new features of our delivery management and route optimization software:
Developers have integrated three major features to improve user experience:
These new features especially meet the needs of professionals managing delivery and multi-stop routes with starting and arrival point addresses which are different from the site. By default, the starting point of the agents is the address of your site – warehouse or agency. It’s now possible for users of our appointments scheduling software AntsRoute 4.4 to define custom departure and arrival addresses for each deliveryman or technician. With AntsRoute 4.4, users are able to define a differentiated starting point and arrival point for each day of the week.
The custom address could not only be vehicle location but also a custom departure point. By clicking on “agents”, you can “edit” the addresses in the “working hours” of your agent. From this tab, you can define a “custom departure” point. To define your vehicle location as departure and arrival point of an agent, you just need to “custom” the “location of the vehicle” in the “vehicles” tab. In “map” tab, two flags are displayed to show these custom addresses when you define departure and arrival point distinguished from the address of your site.
To make easier delivery and visit management, users of the delivery management and route optimization software AntsRoute are now able to change manually visits order of a route. With a simple drag & drop, schedulers can postpone or bring an appointment forward. So far, users were able to assign an order to another agent through drag & drop. It is now possible to carry out drag & drop within a route. The software AntsRoute defines optimal delivery and multi-stop routes. However, to meet your needs, we have integrated new features to make possible manually changes regarding the order of visits in the “agenda” tab.
Make your job easier is our priority. That’s why, we developed new features to make possible the route deletion and unplanning. You can “delete a route” from the following tabs: “agenda” and “routes”. The route deletion involves the cancellation of every order assigned to this route. On the other hand, your orders become “unassigned” when you decide to “unplan a route“. These appointments are listed in the “plan orders” tab.
