It’s the beginning of November and we have a surprise for you.🍁 The team is delighted to present the new features that make our routing software even more efficient. Here is an overview of the new functionalities:
Ergonomic redesign of the navigation menu ;
Map display when scheduling an appointment ;
History of all changes carried out for each order.
Let’s start with an improvement on which our team has been working for several weeks: a new organization of the navigation menu. 🙈 Today, we are pleased to present this new menu.
We know how important it is for you to quickly and easily find the functionality you are looking for on AntsRoute. That’s why we have reorganized the tabs in a clearer menu that allows you to find your way quickly. The aim of this update is to limit the back and forths between the different tabs and thus save you time. Concretely, what will be different?
Well, a new module is now available! When login to AntsRoute, you can now view the “Settings” module, located right next to the resources. In this module, you’ll mainly find the tabs which were until now in the “Last name – First name” module.
Furthermore, users who have activated sectorization can now find the tab allowing them to set up this functionality in this new “Settings” module.
And that’s not all! In the “Settings” module, you can also find the “Notifications” and “Order reports” tabs, which were previously in the site settings. This new organization saves time for your teams, who will no longer need to browse through several pages before being able to set up their notification and report templates.
What about creating a new site or deleting an existing one? Well, these actions can also be done from this new module. First, there is a “Create a new site” button at the bottom of the sidebar. Then, to delete an existing site, you have to go to the “General information” tab of the site. In the “General information” window, you must click on “Delete site: site name”.
Settings concerning only the selected site:
General information (+ delete site) ;
Site settings ;
Time slot ;
Notifications (setup notification templates) ;
Order reports (setup service report or delivery report templates).
Settings concerning all the sites:
Extra fields ;
In addition, you can notice that the tabs of the “Schedule” module have been reorganized. The tabs most used by our users are now located at the top of the sidebar.
Because we know how precious your time is, we hope you will enjoy this new organization of the AntsRoute navigation menu.
Recently, we have introduced some nice improvements for making appointments: display of the number of additional kilometers for each of the availabilities displayed when making an appointment using insertion feature, management of periodic appointments and more. Today, we go even further!
From now, you have the possibility to display a map when adding an appointment from the “Schedule” module.
For each of the displayed availabilities, you can view on this map:
The appointments already scheduled ;
The routes already determined ;
The location of the client for whom you are scheduling the appointment.
You access this feature directly when scheduling an appointment from the “Make an appointment” tab. In the “Add an appointment” window, start by displaying availabilities by clicking on the “View Availabilities” button. Then, check the box ” Show the map for the selected day “.
Note: For those using the insertion feature when making appointments, remember to regularly re-optimize your routes from the “Organize” module.
To complete the history of notifications sent, which has been available for several weeks on AntsRoute, the technical team has added a history of changes carried out for each intervention.
You can directly access the history of changes by opening the window with all the details about an order. Along with the “Sent notifications” tab, there is now a “History” tab.
The history allows to view the changes regarding the following items :
Order details ;
Extra fields ;
State of order.
Note: The changes that were made before the release date of this feature will not be visible in the history.
The date of last activity is now displayed for users and agents. In the “Agents” tab of the “Resources” module and in the “Users” tab of the “Last name – First name” module, you can now know the date of last activity of each agents and users.
