You can view your agents’ routes directly on a map by following the steps below:

Go to the “Map” tab of the “Organize” module.

Select the date on which the appointments were scheduled using the date picker.
Note: When the routes have not yet been optimized, you can click on the blue “Build routes” button.
Carry out actions from the “Map” tab
You have the possibility to carry out actions directly from this “Map” tab:

Identify the appointment for which changes need to be made.

Click on this appointment to open a window with the details of order.

Click on “…” to display a list of actions.

Select an action among those proposed:
Confirm the appointment ;
Reschedule ;
Put on hold ;
Unplan ;
Delete ;
Edit customer details (More details) ;
Edit order details (More details).
Assign an appointment to another agent from the “Map” tab
You can also assign an appointment to another agent’s routes with drag and drop by following these steps:

Identify the appointment to assign to another agent.

Click on this appointment and hold the click.

Drag this appointment to another route so that the route becomes red.

Release (drop) the click.
Note: When you drag an appointment to another route, the route delineation becomes red until you drop the click. The route is automatically re-optimized.
