Once you have built the routes, you can view the agenda of the agents and make changes if necessary by following the steps below:
View the agenda

Go to the “Agenda” tab of the “Organize” module.

Select the date on which routes were built using the date picker.
From this agenda, the user can visualize many items:
The orders to complete for each agent ;
The driving time materialized by a blue line ;
The route start time and the route end time materialized by blue circles ;
The non-worked hours materialized by grey and white hatching ;
The absences materialized by blue and white hatching ;
The breaks materialized by the icon .
Note: For more information on the orders to be carried out by an agent, just identify this agent in the table and click on “…” and “Route’s detail”.
Change the order of the appointments with drag and drop
It is possible to change the order in which the visits are completed by following the steps below:

From the “Agenda” tab, identify the agent for whom the order of appointments must be modified.

Identify and hold the click on the appointment to be moved.

Place this order on the desired location and release the click.
Note: When you change the order of the appointments with a drag and drop, the optimization quality will be impacted.
Add an appointment

From the “Agenda” tab, identify the agent for whom an appointment has to be added.

Click on the line of this agent’s agenda to open the appointment scheduling form.

Fill in the “Order details”.

Click on the blue “Confirm” button.
Note: When an appointment is added to an agent’s route from the “Agenda” tab, this agent’s route is automatically re-optimized.
Change an order’s status
Do you have to confirm appointments with your customers by phone? AntsRoute allows you to change the status of appointments by following the following steps:

From the “Agenda” tab, identify the appointment whose status needs to be changed.

Double-click on the order to display the details of this order.

Click on “…” located in the top right-hand corner of the window.

Select the required status.
Note: When you change the status of an order, the saving is automatic.
