Validate the completion of an appointment from the web interface
For completed routes, it is possible to validate or cancel orders that have not been confirmed by the field workers. Just follow the steps below:
Note: To be displayed in the route history (D+1), the field worker must at least touch the “Start route” button from the mobile application. The routes that have not been started will not be displayed in the “Route report” tab.

Go to the “Route report” tab of the “Analyze” module.

Select the date on which the routes were completed via the date picker in the top left-hand corner of the interface.

Identify the route for which an appointment must be marked as done or cancelled.

Click on “…” and “Route’s detail”.

In the “Done” column, identify the appointment to mark as done or cancel.
Note : To mark as done or cancel an appointment from the AntsRoute interface, it must be in the state “Scheduled” (in blue).
Mark appointment as done

Click on “…” and “Mark done”.

Fill in the information below:
Done comment ;
Extra fields (when defined beforehand).

Click on the blue “Confirm” button.
Note: When marked as done, the order is displayed with a green background.
Cancel appointment

Click on “…” and “Cancel”.

Fill in the information bellow:
Comments ;
Cancellation reason.

Click on the blue “Confirm” button.
Note : When cancelled, the order is displayed with a red background at the bottom of the list.
