After importing appointments into the order bucket, you can start scheduling your appointments. Sometimes not all appointments can be scheduled on one day due to the number of appointments and time constraints. In this case, you must schedule these appointments over several days by following the steps below:
Step 1: Schedule the appointments of the bucket on a first day

Go to the “Order bucket” tab of the “Schedule” module.
From the “list” view

Click on to display the orders in a list.

Select the appointments to schedule by checking the corresponding boxes.
Note: To make the scheduling of the appointments easier, it is possible to display more elements per page of the table. You can display up to 100 appointments per page. Just select the number of elements to be displayed using the “Elements per page” selector located below the table.

Click on the green “Schedule” button located above the table.

Select a date to schedule these appointments via the date picker.

Click on the blue “Save” button.
Note: After having selected a scheduling date, the software will redirect you to the “Map” tab of the “Organize” module.
From the “map” view

Click on to display the orders on a map.

Select the appointments to be scheduled from the map by holding down the CTRL (on PC) or Command (on Mac) key and clicking on the order icon(s).

Click on the green “Schedule” button located above the map.

Select a date to schedule these appointments via the date picker.

Click on the blue “Save” button.
Step 2: Build the routes for this first day

Go to the “Map” tab of the “Organize” module (Automated).

Click on the blue “Build routes” button.
Step 3: Move unassigned appointments to a second day

Go to the “Agenda” tab of the “Organize” module.

In “Appointments have been scheduled for this day but are not integrated with tours” box, click on the red “View the list” button.
Note: If the “Appointments have been scheduled for this day but are not integrated with tours” box is not displayed, it means that all the appointments have been scheduled on this first day.

Check the “Select all” box in the sidebar.

Click on the blue “Reschedule” button.

Select a date via the date picker.

Click on the blue “Save” button.
Note: After having scheduled appointments on this second day, repeat this third step for those appointments that remain unassigned.
