There are several possibilities to reschedule an appointment to a new date. Just follow the steps below:

Go to the “Agenda” tab of the “Organize” module.

Select the date on which the appointment was planned using the date picker in the top left-hand corner.

Identify the appointment to reschedule.

Double-click on this appointment.

Click on “…” in the top right-hand corner of the window.

Fill in the “Order details” and define the “Period for searching availabilities”.

Click on the blue “Search availabilities” button.

Select a date and click on the green “Save the appointment” button.

Go to the “Map” tab of the “Organize” module.

Select the date on which the appointment was scheduled using the date picker in the top left-hand corner.

Identify the appointment to reschedule.

Click on this appointment to display the details.

From the window, click on “…” and “Reschedule”.

Fill in the “Order details” and define the “Period for searching availabilities”.

Click on the blue “Search availabilities” button.

Select a date and click on the green “Save the appointment” button.

Identify the route within which the appointment to be rescheduled is planned.

For this route, click on “…” and “More details”.

From the list of appointments, identify the appointment to reschedule.

For this appointment, click on “…” and “Reschedule”.

Fill in the “Order details” and define the “Period for searching availabilities”.

Click on the blue “Search availabilities” button.

Select a date and click on the green “Save the appointment” button.
From the “Plan orders” tab

Go to the “Plan orders” tab of the “Organize” module.

Select the date on which the appointment was scheduled using the date picker in the top left-hand corner.

Identify the appointment to reschedule.

For this appointment, click on “…” and “Reschedule”.

Fill in the “Order details” and define the “Period for searching availabilities”.

Click on the blue “Search availabilities” button.
