Reschedule an appointment
There are several possibilities to reschedule an appointment to a new date. Just follow the steps below:
From the “Agenda” tab
Note: Some changes will require to reoptimize routes by clicking on the “Re-optimize routes” button.
Note: The message “The appointment was successfully rescheduled” is visible for a few seconds in the top right-hand corner of the screen and indicates that the appointment has been rescheduled.
Note: Rescheduled appointments are not assigned to routes. From the “Map” tab, you can select the date on which you rescheduled the appointment via the date picker in the top left-hand corner and then click on “Build routes” or “Re-optimize routes”.
