Manage agent’s breaks
Agents’ breaks (lunch break, free time, etc.) can be taken into account when building routes. In order to add breaks, just follow the following steps:
Add a break
Note: To apply the break(s) for all week, click on the blue “save and set as default working plan” button.
View the breaks in the agenda
The breaks of agents are then visible in the “Agenda” tab of the “Organize” module.
Note: The breaks are also visible when you click on “Route’s detail” from the “Routes” tab.
Delete a break
