In order to send notifications to customers after the optimization of the routes, these routes must be locked. To lock a particular route, just follow these steps:
From the “Agenda” tab
Note: A locked route won’t be modified when reoptimizing.

Go to the “Agenda” tab of the “Organize” module.

Select the date on which the routes were scheduled via the date picker in the top left-hand corner.

Identify the route to lock in the agenda.

Click on “…” located on the right of the agent’s email.

Click on “Lock the route”.
Note: The red padlock next to the agent’s email indicates that the route is locked. To unlock the route, just click on “…” and “Unlock the route”.
From the “Routes” tab

Go to the “Routes” tab of the “Organize” module.

Select the date on which the routes were scheduled via the date picker in the top left-hand corner.

Identify the route to lock in the table.

Click on “…” in the last column of the table.

Click on “Lock the route”.
Note: The red padlock on the left of the “Vehicle” column indicates that the route is locked. To unlock the route, just click on “…” and “Unlock the route”.
From the “Map” tab

Go to the “Map” tab of the “Organize” module

Select the date on which the routes were scheduled via the date picker in the top left-hand corner.

Click on the button in the top right-hand corner of the screen.

Identify the route to lock in the side bar.

Click on “…” corresponding to this route.

Click on “Lock the route”.
