Lock all the routes
In order to send notifications to customers after the optimization of the routes, these routes must be locked. To lock all the routes, just follow these steps:
Note: The red padlocks next to the agents’ email indicates that the routes are locked. To unlock these routes, just click on the red “Unlock routes” button.
Note: You can also lock the routes from the “Routes” and “Map” tabs in the “Organize” module.
