Access the history of notifications
A history of notifications is available to follow the sending of massages to each of your customers. In order to view this history, please follow the steps below:
Note : To access the ‘Sent notifications’ tab, it is necessary to have sent at least one notification to this client beforehand.
- Go to the ‘Organize‘ module.
- Click on the ‘Field services‘ (or deliveries/visits) tab.
- Identify the customer for whom to view the history of notifications and click on ‘…‘ > ‘Mode details‘.
- Click on ‘Sent notifications‘.
Note : The history of sent notifications is also available in the ‘Analyze’ module.
