A history of notifications is available to follow the sending of massages to each of your customers. In order to view this history, please follow the steps below:

Go to the “Plan orders” tab of the “Organize” module.

Identify a customer for whom to view the history of notifications.

Click on “…” and “More details”.

Click on “Sent notifications”.
Note: To access the “Sent notifications” tab, it is necessary to have sent at least one notification to this client beforehand.
From this tab, you can view the history of notifications sent to this client, including the following information:
The date and time of sending ;
The media (email or text message) ;
The type ;
The name ;
The message content ;
The person who has sent this notifications (agent, user or automated).
Note: You can access this history from the “Organize” and “Analyze” module.
