Change the order in which appointments are completed within a route
If necessary, you have the possibility to change the order in which the appointments are completed within a route that has already been optimized. To reverse two appointments in a route, just follow the steps below:
From the “Routes” tab
Note: Changing the order in which the appointments are completed within a route will have consequences on the quality of optimization for this route.

Go to the “Routes” tab of the “Organize” module.

Identify the route within which the order of appointments must be changed.

Click on “…” and “Route’s detail”.

From the list of appointments, carry out a drag and drop (i.e., click on the appointment, hold this click drag the intervention to the desired location before dropping it) to reorganize the order in which the appointments are completed.
Note: The message “The order was successfully moved” is displayed during few seconds in the top right-hand corner of the screen and indicates that this appointment has been moved.
From the “Agenda” tab

Go to the “Agenda” tab of the “Organize” module.

Identify the agent for whom the order of appointments must be changed.

Click on “…” and “Route’s detail”.

From the list of appointments, carry out a drag and drop (i.e., click on the appointment, hold this click drag the intervention to the desired location before dropping it) to reorganize the order in which the appointments are completed.
Note: The message “The order was successfully moved” is displayed during few seconds in the top right-hand corner of the screen and indicates that this appointment has been moved.
