Cancel appointments from the interface – Unstarted route

It is possible to cancel appointments of a route that is not started from the AntsRoute interface by following the steps below :

Go to the “Monitor” module.

Identify the route for which an appointment must be cancelled.

Click on “…” and “Route’s detail” to display the list of appointments.
Unplan an appointment
Note: The unplanned appointments can then be moved to another date or placed in the order bucket.

Identify the appointment to unplan in the list.

Click on “…” and “Unplan”.

Click on the blue “Confirm” button.
Reschedule unplanned appointment to a new date

From the “Appointments have been scheduled for this day but are not integrated with tours” box, click on the red “View the list” button.

From the appointment list, check the “Select all” box.

Click on the blue “Reschedule” button.

Select a new date via the date picker.

Click on the blue “Save” button.
Add unplanned appointment to cart

From the “Appointments have been scheduled for this day but are not integrated with tours” box, click on the red “View the list” button.

From the appointment list, check the “Select all” box.

Click on the blue “Add to cart” button.
Note: The appointments can then be rescheduled from the “Order bucket” tab of the “Schedule” module.
Delete an appointment
Note: Deleted appointments are permanently deleted.

Identify the appointment to delete from the list.

Click on “…” and “Delete”.

Click on the blue “Confirm” button.
