Customers can be added manually by following the steps below:
Add a customer

Go to the “Customers” tab of the “Resources” module.

Click on the blue “Add” button located in top right-hand corner.
General information

Fill in the “General information”:
Last Name ;
First Name (optional) ;
Phone number (optional) ;
Mobile number (optional) ;
Email (optional) ;
External Id (optional).
Comments (optional).
Private comments (optional).
Note: Private comments are only visible for the schedulers. In order to allow the agents to view comments about customers, the “comments” must be entered.

Define the customer’s “address”.

Add “Attached documents” when necessary by clicking on .
Note: The attached documents can be viewed by the field workers from the mobile application.

Click on the blue “Next step” button.
Opening hours
The default setting for the opening hours is “always open”. Nevertheless, it is possible to define specific opening hours by following the steps below:

Disable “always open” by clicking on the toggle .

Define the opening hours by clicking on .
Note: It is possible to define two opening time slots for one day. For example, one opening time slot in the morning from 08:00 to 12:00. Then, a second one in the afternoon from 14:00 to 18:00 by clicking on the second ” + ” icon.

Repeat this action for each opening day.

Click on the blue “save” button.
Edit a customer

Search for a customer whose information needs to be changed by entering the first few letters of his/her first or last name in the search bar located above the table.

Identify the customer in the table then click on “…” and “edit”.

Edit the information.

Click on the blue “save” button to apply the changes.
Delete a customer

Search for a customer that needs to be deleted by entering the first few letters of his/her first or last name in the search bar located above the table.

Identify the customer in the table then click on “…” and “delete”.

Validate the deletion of the customer by clicking on the blue “confirm” button.
