You have the possibility to move orders into the tab ‘Orders bucket’ to reschedule them later. Just follow these steps:
Note: The orders with ‘Done’ status or which have been assigned to a route that has started cannot be moved to the ‘Orders bucket’ tab.
From the ‘Organize’ module
You can put orders in the bucket from the different tabs of the ‘Organize’ module. For example, from the ‘Map’ tab:
Go to the ‘Organize’ module.
Click on the ‘Map’ tab.
Select a date on which a planned order needs to be placed in the ‘Orders Bucket’.
Identify the orders to place in the bucket and click on the corresponding icon.
Click on ‘…’ and ‘Add to cart’.
Note: By clicking on ‘Add to cart’, you are automatically redirected to the ‘Orders bucket’ tab of the ‘Schedule’ module.
From the ‘Monitor’ tab
Note: You can put in the bucket only the orders assigned to a route which is ‘Not Started’.
Go to the ‘Monitor’ module.
Click on the ‘Map’ tab.
From the panel on the right, identify the agent for whom one of the assigned orders needs to be moved to the bucket.
Click on ‘…’ and ‘Route’s detail’.
Identify the order to move into the bucket before clicking on ‘…‘ and ‘Add to cart‘.
Note: By clicking on ‘Add to cart’, you are automatically redirected to the ‘Orders bucket’ tab of the ‘Schedule’ module.
From the ‘Analyze’ module
You also have the possibility to move orders into the bucket from the ‘Analyze’ module. You can only add to the bucket orders with the status ‘Cancelled’, ‘Unassigned’ or ‘Planned’ within a route which has not started. You can filter the display of orders in the table according to their status by clicking on ‘ ‘ and ‘ ‘.
Go to the ‘Analyze’ module.
Click on the ‘Order report’ tab.
Select the period during which a planned order needs to be placed in the ‘Orders bucket’.
Identify the order to place in the bucket.
Click on ‘…’ and ‘Add to cart’.
