Go to your Zapier account and click on the “Make a Zap” button.
Step 1: Set up the Trigger

Search HubSpot via the search bar.

In the “Trigger Event” drop-down list, select “New Contact“.

Click on the “Continue” button.

Click on the “Sign in to HubSpot” button to connect your HubSpot account to Zapier.

From the “Choose an account” drop-down list, select the HubSpot account you have just connected.

Click on the “Continue” button.

From “Set up trigger“, choose the following values:
Contact information: Contact ID ;
Contact information: First name ;
Contact information: Last name ;
Contact information: Street Address ;
Contact information: Mobile phone number ;
Contact information: Email.
Note: You can enter the street address of HubSpot contact in the “About this contact” section: View all properties > Search properties > Enter Address > Define street address > Save.
Note: If you enter your contacts’ addresses using the “Street Address”, “Postal code” and “City” fields from HubSpot, don’t forget to select them in this “Set up trigger” step.

Click on the “Test trigger” button.
Note: New on HubSpot? To try this trigger, you must add at least one new contact in HubSpot beforehand.

Click on the “Continue” button.
Step 2: Set up the Action

Search AntsRoute via the search bar.

In the “Action Event” drop-down list, select “Create a New Customer“.

Click on the “Continue” button.
Note:Have not connected your AntsRoute account to Zapier yet?Go to your AntsRoute account in order to retrieve the API key that you will be asked for on Zapier. To do this, just go to AntsRoute > click on the “API Key” tab > click on “Add” > Select the site > Click on “Create” > Click on “Copy” > Click on “Continue”. You can now go back to Zapier and click on “Sign in to AntsRoute” and enter the API key you just retrieved and click on “Yes, Continue“.

In the “Choose an account” drop-down list, select “AntsRoute”.

Click on the “Continue” button.

For “Customer External ID“, select “Contact information: Contact ID”.

For “First name“, select “Contact information: First name”.

For “Last name“, select “Contact information: Last name”.

For “Address“, select “Contact information: Street address”.
Note : If you use the “Street Address”, “Postal code” and “City” fields for your customers’ addresses from HubSpot, add the following values, in the same order as below, to the “Address” field: “Contact information: Street Address”, “Contact information: Postal code” and “Contact information: City”. IMPORTANT ! Add one space between each value. WARNING: If the postal code is already entered in the “Street address” field, it must not be added in the “Postal code” field, which must then remain empty.

For “Mobile Phone Number“, select “Contact information: Mobile phone number”.

For “Email“, select “Contact information: Email”.

Click on the “Continue” button.

Click on the “Test & Continue” button.

Finally, click on the “Turn on Zap” button.
The creation of the Zap is now completed. From now, when you add new contacts in HubSpot, customers will also be added in AntsRoute.
