What is Prestashop?
Prestashop is a French open source platform used to create online shops. Easy to use, it is a very good solution to start in e-commerce. The tool allows you to offer products for sale online, manage payment, orders and delivery methods. Prestashop offers a wide range of templates to create a site that matches your corporate image. In addition, many modules are available, such as AntsRoute.
What are the benefits for AntsRoute users?
Using this AntsRoute module, we simplify the local delivery issues for online retailers. Thus, an e-commerce company can automatically delegate its deliveries to a carrier or organize them by its own means.
- Online sellers can delegate the delivery of their products in certain areas to a local carrier or to delivery teams that they have hired ;
- Carriers can automatically retrieve the deliveries to be made for several Prestashop online sales sites.
How does this integration work?
This integration makes it possible to synchronize orders placed via an online sales site and to automate the scheduling of deliveries on the AntsRoute route optimization software.
When a user places an order on the e-commerce site, the information associated with this order is transferred to AntsRoute in real time and automatically.
